At some point it visually morphed into a yellow-eyed, furry green critter, and i can't unsee it now. Maybe a 3rd lemon is needed. 😅 Its a great painting as a lemon tree though.

I bought this pad and I really hate it. It was so wet it came out with a gummy appearance. How did you get such good results?

You guys can use a white color pencil or a white posca marker i used both but color pencil is better, your welcome😊😊btw i used the same markers!!!😊😊

I'm wondering how do you scan in 2400dpi? I read the specs on their website and it's only have 1200dpi, is what u use kinda an enhancing feature of Macbook software?

This video is terrific. My painting style is almost exactly like yours. I love that you keep your paint tray neat and use those colors with layering and blending on the canvas. One set of tools I’ve added are water brushes that let me dilute the gouache and have enough of them to keep from having to wash my brush. For me, having a tidy painting area keeps me focused.

What kind of colors do you use?

What if you have the tiny tip markers and not the brush tip markers??

I can relate. I also tend to veer towards realism, even when I set out to do a more expressionistic drawing. Maybe I should just accept it! 😂 But timing yourself seems like a good idea. This is so helpful to use when painting, but could you maybe do a video on mixing it and how you get the color you like and the consistency? Like I felt like when I tried to replicate this or attempt to, it was a lot more watery and blended together too much. :( I love your style of painting!

I dd pretty much the same things. I quit my job back in 2022 to go full time on my art career, but to also focus on my graphic design course. I failed on my art career the first time around, but I'm not giving up on my dreams. I've found a job to help me with my art journey. I'm posting on my Instagram and Tumblr 5 days a week, and I'm also working on my RUclips Channel. I'm going to take it slow this time around, and one day I'll get there. I'm debating about college because I've found that I have no passion for it, and I don't know if I want to finish it. But that's something for me to decided.
